The Board of Directors of Amazon Charities NPC sadly removed Jay Smith as President. Jay passed away peacefully on April 6th 2020. He had been battling prostate cancer for a couple of years. It was voted and passed that Michelle Smith be added to the Board as Co-Vice President. All functions and procedures of Amazon Charities are still in force. To God be the Glory.
